Intro to Personal Development
Change happens one step at a time. The process is not complicated, but it might be the hardest thing you ever do. There are three things that must always happen.
1. The first hard thing is figuring out what that one step is.
2. After that, it’s doing the work of understanding what is keeping you from making that change, because if it was easy you probably would have done it already.
3. Lastly, it’s putting into practice the behaviors of the change you want to implement.

And there you have it. Three steps and you can become more impactful than you were before. It’s not complicated, it’s only three steps. But it might be the hardest thing you have ever done. And if you succeed? Well, then you will have done something that a small percentage of people do, you will have changed. And if you do that, what else is possible?
This is your guide for change. It will help you aim your efforts to get the most from your work, and will help you see where you might have been missing the mark in the past. A little adjusting, a stronger pull on the bow, and you might be hitting the mark more often when you are done.

Spiritual Development Model
Without trying to overcomplicate it, the spiritual realm is the unseen place where our soul relates with others, the most important of those relationships being with God. Spiritual development, then, is primarily developing our relationship with God. Being in God’s presence develops our spiritual self, and only God can determine what it looks like to be in His presence. These practices have come to be known as spiritual disciplines. When we interact with Him through the disciplines, He shapes in us Godly behaviors, also called spiritual fruit.
