Personality assessments give us a wealth of information about you in a short amount of time.  This can help streamline coaching and make the most our our sessions going forward.  Below are two personality assessments I use in my programs and trainings. 

The Hogan Personality Assessment

Leading the way in predictable assessment for personality fit in job roles, Hogan is my go to tool for understanding your patterns of behavior when things are going well and when things are not going so well.

When you understand your personal patterns, you are equipped with the understanding to manage those patterns better.  Using this assessment for personal development jump starts our conversations into depths that could take months to discover through conversation alone.

Core Strengths SDI 2.0 Assessment

The Core Strengths SDI 2.0 is all about relationships.  That is why I use it as the primary tool for team development training.  It answers questions like:
What motivates  team members in their work?
How do they handle conflict?
What strengths do they use?
What behaviors trigger them into conflict?
