Team Program

Leadership dynamics  focus on how people work together.  We offer three workshops based on the Core Strengths Assessment/SDI.  Each workshop assesses personal aptitude within the area of focus and allows for the team to learn about each others strengths, values, and conflict sequence.
You are communicating from your values, but people are listening for their own.
What got you where you are might be keeping you from where you want to be.
The path out of conflict begins by understanding the path in.

Personal Program

The Personal Leadership Program is focused on developing 3 areas:

1. Self-Awareness

Grow your understanding of what motivates you, how you naturally handle conflict, what triggers your anxiety, and what personal strengths you bring to a team.

2. Reading People

Apply your understanding learned through self-awareness to other people and learn how to support their strengths, manage their weaknesses, and understand what drives their behaviors.

3. Conflict Management

Learn how conflict happens and how to work with different personality times to both resolve conflict and coach others in handling conflict.
