Team Program
Leadership dynamics focus on how people work together. We offer three workshops based on the Core Strengths Assessment/SDI. Each workshop assesses personal aptitude within the area of focus and allows for the team to learn about each others strengths, values, and conflict sequence.
You are communicating from your values, but people are listening for their own.
What got you where you are might be keeping you from where you want to be.
The path out of conflict begins by understanding the path in.
Personal Program
Leading people feels like survival.
Every conversation is loaded, every decision affects lives, and one wrong move can fracture trust for months.
You’ve taken the courses. You’ve read the management books. You’ve waited for your team to finally “step up.” The tension never really leaves.
So how do some leaders stay calm, clear, and respected—even when everything’s on fire?
It’s not a new mode you switch on. It’s knowing exactly who you are in the room—and who you refuse to become.
It’s not hoping people will self-manage. It’s learning how to set boundaries, give feedback, and hold standards without turning into the boss everyone resents.
It’s not having the perfect script for every tough conversation. It’s trusting yourself to say what needs to be said, in a way that lands.
That rare ability to lead people without losing yourself—or them—isn’t natural talent. It’s built.
I work with leaders who are tired of walking on eggshells, second-guessing every email, or carrying the emotional load for the whole team.
One-on-one, we turn managing people from your biggest drain into your quietest strength.
Want to find out what changes when you stop over-functioning and start leading like the version of yourself you actually respect?

Want to find out what changes when you stop over-functioning and start leading like the version of yourself you actually respect?
The Personal Leadership Program is focused on developing 3 areas:
1. Self-Awareness
Grow your understanding of what motivates you, how you naturally handle conflict, what triggers your anxiety, and what personal strengths you bring to a team.
2. Reading People
Apply your understanding learned through self-awareness to other people and learn how to support their strengths, manage their weaknesses, and understand what drives their behaviors.
3. Conflict Management
Learn how conflict happens and how to work with different personality types to both resolve conflict and coach others in handling conflict.
Book a 30-minute call. No slides, no fluff—just a straight conversation about what’s hard right now.
Because your team won’t grow until you do.
