Fruit of the Spirit

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.  And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit.  Galatians 5:24-25
The fruit of the Spirit serve as a valuable metric for evaluating one's spiritual life. According to Galatians, the manifestations of these fruits should be observable in someone who is spiritually growing. However, despite being a great gauge, there is no standardized measurement tool available for them, primarily because they are inherently subjective.  But if your spiritual life is growing and healthy, it follows that the evidence of these will increase.

The following inventory offers a straightforward method to measure each of the fruits. At the end of the program, you’ll have the chance to re-assess yourself and determine if there's been any improvement. This system is not flawless and relies heavily on your personal feelings. These scores are intended solely for your own reflection, so be honest and try to focus on general experiences and not unique situations. Try to provide ratings based on a typical week under regular circumstances.

After you have finished answering the questions, schedule a coaching session to discuss your results.
