Finding Purpose

A young apple tree worried every spring."What should I produce? Apples? Shade? Blossoms?"
An old gardener laughed."Don't worry about producing. Stay rooted. Take in water. Reach for the sun. Grow healthy."
In time the tree naturally gave blossoms in spring, shade in summer, fruit in autumn, and shelter in winter. It never strained to find its purpose.
It simply became the kind of tree it was meant to be.

What is your focus, on what you should be doing or who you are suppose to be?

What would change if you focused on who instead of what?

How coaching can help:
Understand the things you should focus on that enable to you to be who you are suppose to be, which will prepare you for the opportunities of what you can do come your way.
